How it works

Turn silence into answers

  1. 1

    Share what happened

Tell us about the company, the role and where things went quiet. Post with your name or anonymously.

  2. 2

We reach out to the employer

After a quick review by our moderators, your report is posted and the employer is emailed an invitation to respond.

  3. 3

    Get the closure you deserve

Employer replies land in your inbox and appear beneath your report, so the next candidate knows what to expect.

You’re not alone

Have you been ghosted by a potential employer?

Ghosting doesn’t only happen to applications that disappear into a portal. Candidates report being left in the dark after phone screens, after several rounds of interviews — and even after an offer.

Every report you share makes the pattern visible and helps other job seekers decide where to spend their time.

About us

A voice for job seekers. A fair hearing for employers.

Too many applicants invest hours in applications and interviews only to be met with silence. This Company Ghosted Me gives candidates a place to report employers that stopped communicating — building a transparent, searchable record of how companies treat the people who want to work for them.

We’re not a place to vent. Every report is reviewed before it’s published, and every employer is invited to respond publicly. Sometimes there’s a simple explanation; sometimes a response is the closure a candidate was waiting for. Either way, both sides get heard.

We believe every applicant deserves an answer, whatever the outcome. By shining a light on silence, we hope to raise the standard of communication in hiring — for first-time job hunters and seasoned professionals alike.
